Ah, Activism!

As some of you in the Southern Canadian region may have realized, it is now fall. Ah, with the tree leaves changing colours, and the September breeze strolling in, it is indeed a ripe time for change—social change, that is!

I apologize for the unwarranted pun, but really, a woman has to segue somehow.

So, for this week’s blog I’ve decided to post a couple of the awesome activist opportunities in the fast-approaching future. My selection consists solely of events in Montreal and Ottawa, and is by no means comprehensive (please note that I’ve only included two...gah! Laziness!). This post is more of an attempt to get the ball rolling on local/current feminist activism. That said, pretty please add your own entries in the comments section!
